Last week at institute I started to work out all my sub headings and one of them is feedback. I found Taras has three papers that are relevant for formative feedback. One specifies how students interpret markers comments. This can be useful for training sessions on feedback – when HR come back to me :-)

    Hello all,
I’m a 33 years old woman, married and with children. I work as accountant, part-time, so I can spend the time to take care of my kids and and I’ve found my equilibrium doing like this. During the endless spent in my house i like to do something, in particular that is watching tv on my asia travel . I also adore to look at cartoons. I don’t dislikeonce in a while to watch soap
    opera either.
I am enough happy with my life and especially about my kids. I just hope to stay health, so just an normal happy life.
    Goodbye everybody
    Alex
