Last week at institute I started to work out all my sub headings and one of them is feedback. I found Taras has three papers that are relevant for formative feedback. After 6 months of finding out how medical education has responded to the need to include communication training I have looked up the calgary/ cambridge Format. My hypothesis is that it is too focussed on one specifc aspect of communication ie patient doctor and doesnot recognise the role of self , self awareness and responsiveness to diversity.
